Customer service at Sherkin Technologies extends from the initial engagement to the installation of the product or process and beyond. 

Our customer support portal is a tool we use to help us manage customer support queries and provide access to a tailored knowledgebase which in many cases is unique to the customer, based on the system installed and the application.

Once registered for a customer support account, support tickets may be generated to help manage the resolution of any support requests.
